Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2PM GMT Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2PM or during weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
In-stock items typically arrive within 2–3 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Furniture & Large Bulky Items
Larger or heavier products require specialist handling and transportation, so these items are delivered using our dedicated pallet transport service rather than standard couriers.
This subsidised bulky-item surcharge helps cover the additional care and resources involved, including:

Delivery Confirmation
Our courier partner DPD provides contactless delivery with photo confirmation. You'll receive an email with an image of your delivery and GPS location for every successful drop-off.
Pre-Order Products
Pre-order items allow you to reserve products before they're in stock. Expected delivery timeframes are shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email.
Once your pre-order item arrives in our warehouse, we'll dispatch it immediately and send you tracking information via email.
No Hidden Charges
We're based in Northern Ireland and operate within both the UK and EU internal markets. This means no duties, tariffs, or additional fees are payable on deliveries to the UK or Ireland.
